I bring 25 years of experience in the Technology sector across diverse industries, working with both teams and leadership teams, giving me a deep understanding of corporate dynamics and personal transitions. This extensive background, combined with the high-calibre ICF Coaching standards, allows me to offer a results-driven approach tailored to the unique needs of each client.
I provide leadership and executive coaching for IT leaders and professionals, where the focus is on career progression, strategic thinking, and enhancing leadership capabilities.
Separately, I offer life coaching for Gen X women, supporting them through personal transformations, including navigating challenges such as perimenopause, menopause, and self-discovery.
While these coaching styles are distinct, they share core skills: active listening, goal setting, and helping my clients achieve clarity.
